Crystorama Brightens Homes and Lives with a Partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Long Island
Crystorama is pleased to announce its partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Long Island, an affiliate of the nonprofit organization Habitat for Humanity International, which helps people in communities around the world build a place they can call home. This charitable initiative aims to enhance the living conditions of families in need, illuminating their homes with brightness, warmth, and a renewed sense of hope. Through this collaboration, Crystorama demonstrates its commitment to social responsibility and dedication to empowering communities by providing essential resources for a better future.
"Habitat for Humanity of Long Island is extremely grateful to partner with Crystorama on two affordable housing projects. Crystorama's generous donation of high-end lighting for these homes not only helps us beautify the space that will be occupied by two hardworking families but frees up funds that will now be used to give even more families a hand-up to home ownership," says Chris McNamee, Senior Director of Construction at Habitat for Humanity of Long Island.
Construction will officially begin on Monday, June 26th, when Long Island CEOs and top executives tear down the existing structure at 256 Commack Road, Mastic Beach, to make way for a new affordable home. In September, Crystorama executives and a dozen employees will volunteer their time to bring the building plans to life for one deserving family.
