Step into a Grand Foyer Reveal
Meet Michelle, fashion and lifestyle blogger for mrssimplylovely.com. She and her husband recently moved into their very first custom home earlier this year. They look forward to building more homes for others to enjoy in the future, but for now, they are enjoying the baby bliss of their newborn son in their new home.

When drawing out the layout of their custom home build, they knew they wanted a tall, dramatic foyer with a huge "wow" factor. “The foyer is the first thing guests see when they walk in the door and the last thing they see when they leave. Our vision was for it to be welcoming, modern yet timeless, and a showstopper,” says Palincas.
The Befores…
To add the perfect focal point to the design, they began searching for a statement chandelier that would enhance the features of the entrance. With the two-story height and wide layout, it was challenging to find the perfect chandelier to help accent the space without it being overshadowed by such a large area.

“We chose a black console table to tie in the black details of the railings and iron door as well as a round silver mirror to further soften the rectangular details and compliment the round chandelier. Adding floral touches topped the space off for a warm welcome to all who enter our home.”
